Welcome to Tiara Gallery. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Use of Services
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the website without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are subject to product availability. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal (US customers only). By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing and Product Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor display differences.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
International Orders — DDU:
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon delivery to your local customs authority. Tiara Gallery is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs incurred through customs. Refused packages due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

6. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the limited-edition and limited-availability nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions for domestic purchase are made only if you received a damaged or wrong item. You may request a return or exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyers. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- “Unworn” is defined as free of odors, stains, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, and signs of laundering.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days if the return is approved after thorough inspection
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase you agree to contact us via our Contact Page before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
8. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you are located in the European Union your data rights are also governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a California resident your rights are governed by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiara Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our Services
- Any products purchased through our website
- Unauthorized access to your personal data
- Any third party conduct on our website
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
Tiara Gallery shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, carrier strikes, war, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services, you agree to first contact us via our Contact Page to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Texas and be conducted in English.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
