If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyers. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their inoriginal packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- “Unworn” is defined as free of odors, stains, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, and signs of laundering.
